ASSORTED SEAFOOD PACKETS WITH GUILIN CHILI SAUCE

Stir-Frying
INGREDIENTS
- Mussel Meat 150 g / 5 oz
- Prawn Meat (deveined) 150 g / 5 oz
- Fish Fillet (cut into pieces) 150 g / 5 oz
- Bell Pepper (cut into pieces) 1
- Foil (each about 20 x 20 cm) 8 pieces
MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chili Sauce 2 tbsp

HAC Corn starch 1½ tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp

Sugar ½ tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients with marinade. Divide into 8 portions.
2. Brush foil with oil and wrap seafood to form packets.
3. Bake at 230C/450F preheated oven or steam over high heat for about 10 minutes until done.
