HONEY GARLIC PRAWNS
(Serving Size 4)

Cooking Method
Stir-Frying

 

INGREDIENTS
- Green Capsicum (sliced) 1
- Royles Honey ¼ cup
- Prawns (shelled and deveined) 350 g
- Royles Canned Pineapple Pieces (drained with ¼ cup juice retained) 440 g
- Tomatoes (diced) 1
- Spring Onions (sliced) 3
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

CHICKEN STOCK
- Chicken Bouillon Powder ¼ tsp
- Hot Water ¼ cup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry the bell pepper for 1 minute. Add prawns and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Blend in pineapple, tomato and combined honey, pineapple juice, stock and Lee Kum Kee sauces. Toss until boiling and stir in green onions. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.

NOTE: Prawns shelled and deveined seem expensive but are actually economical as you are not paying for the shells and all the work is done for you.
