STIR-FRIED PUMPKIN AND BEEF WITH OYSTER SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
- Beef Fillet (diced) 200 g / 7 oz
- Pumpkin (diced) 300 g / 10 oz
- Lemongrass (chopped) 1 stalk
- Red Chilli (diced) ½
- Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves

Chopped Parsley 2 tbsp
MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp

HAC Corn Starch ½ tsp
SAUCE MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 5 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tsp

HAC Corn Starch 1 tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix beef with marinade.
2. Stir-fry pumpkin in 3 tbsp oil until soft. Set aside.
3. Saute lemon grass, red chili and garlic in 1 tbsp oil. Add beef and stir-fry until done.
4. Add pumpkin, sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
