MINUTE STEAK WITH HOISIN SAUCE
(Serving Size 4)

Cooking Method
Pan Fry

 

INGREDIENTS
- Sirloin Beef Steak (or minute steaks or scotch fillet steaks) 500 g
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce ½ cup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place steaks in a shallow dish. Pour over combined Lee Kum Kee sauces, turning steaks to coat well.

2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add steaks and cook for 1 to 2 minutes each side, or until cooked to taste. Baste with sauces during cooking as required. Serve immediately with baby potato salad or vegetables of your choice.

NOTE: Add a little Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce to the baste mixture if you like.
