BEEF PATTIES WITH CHEESE
(Serving Size 4-6)

Cooking Method
Pan Fry

 

INGREDIENTS
- Minced Beef 200 g / 7 oz
- Grated Cheddar Cheese 50 g / 2 oz
- Bread (torn into small pieces) 1 slice
- Eggs 2
- Breadcrumbs for coating
- Vegetable Salad for serving

SEASONING MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2½ tbsp
- Italian Mixed Herbs 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add seasoning mix to minced beef, cheese and bread. Add 1 egg and mix well. Divide minced beef into 12 portions. Beat the other egg and set aside.

2. Shape minced beef into 12 small patties. Coat patties with beaten egg and bread crumbs.

3. Pan-fry patties on low heat until golden yellow and done. Serve with vegetable salad.
