CUTLETS WITH PLUM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
- Lamb Chop / Lamb Cutlets / Racks (trimmed) 8
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce ½ cup
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Arrange lamb chops/cutlets in a shallow dish. Pour over combined Lee Kum Kee sauces, tossing lamb to coast well.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook lamb chops/cutlets for 1 to 2 minutes each side or until cooked to taste, basting occasionally. Serve with mashed potatoes and baby beans or other vegetables of choice.
