CHILI PLUM OCTOPUS

INGREDIENTS
- Choy sum (sliced) 1 bunch / Other greens of your choice
- Octopus / Baby Octopus (cleaned and halved) 500 g
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Oil 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Guilin Chili Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce ½ cup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan. Add octopus and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Stir in Lee Kum Kee sauces and choy sum. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve immediately with rice.
