COLD LETTUCE WRAPS
(Serving Size 4)

INGREDIENTS
- Button Mushrooms (chopped) ½ cup
- Spam Ham (chopped) ½ cup
- Bean Sprouts ½ cup
- Spring Onions (sliced) 6
- BBQ Chicken (skin removed and flesh shredded) 1
- HAC Water Chestnuts (chopped) ¼ cup
- Chinese Parsley (chopped) ¼ cup
- Butter Lettuce (separated into leaves) 1

HOISIN SAUCE FOR SERVING
- Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce ¼ cup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine chicken, ham, sprouts, green onions, mushrooms, water chestnuts, Chinese parsley and sauces in a bowl, and mix well.

2. Scoop mixture into lettuce cups. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce.

NOTE: Other cold chopped meats may be used.
