BANANA & PALM SUGAR PARCELS

Deep Fry
INGREDIENTS
- SpringHome Springroll Pastry 16 sheets

- Banana (sliced) 6 small
- Yellow Palm sugar (grated)
½ cup
- Cardamon Seed Powder ¼ tsp
- Egg White (beaten) 1 no
- Royles Coconut Cream 1 cup
- Palm Sugar (grated) ¼ cup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix together the banana, palm sugar and cardamom powder; set aside.
2. Place the filling on the pastry and fold it over to a rectangular shape.
3. Seal the edges using egg white. Deep fry in oil over moderate heat till golden brown and set aside.
4. Boil the coconut cream and palm sugar mixture to a thick sauce consistency. SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve with Palm Sugar Sauce
