BRAISED CHICKEN WITH SOY SAUCE
(Serving Size 4)

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken meat (cut into pieces) 350 g / 12 oz
- Potato (cut into pieces) 90 g / 3 oz
- Carrot (cut into pieces) 90 g / 3 oz
- Green Onions (sectioned) 2
- Ginger 3 slices

MARINADE
Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce / Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp, HAC Corn Starch 1/2 tbsp

SEASONING MIX
Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce / Lee Kum Kee Soy Sauce 3 tbsp, Water 125 ml / 1/2 cup

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Parboil carrot and potato. Drain.

2. Marinate chicken for 15 minutes.

3. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Saute ginger and green onions until fragrant. Add chicken, potato and carrot. Stir well.

4. Stir in seasoning mix and cook until sauce thickens.
