TURKEY KEBAB WITH BLACK BEAN SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
- Turkey Breast (cut into pieces) 200 g / 7 oz
- Royles Canned Pineapple (drained and cut into pieces) 2 rings
- Tomatoes (cut into pieces) 2
MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Royles Corn Oil 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix Turkey with marinade.
2. Alternate Turkey, pineapple and tomatoes onto skewers or bamboo sticks.
3.
Bake at 200C/400F hot oven for about 8 minutes until done.
*Kebabs can also be grilled or barbecued.
